Healing Arts News:

Malia is establishing a home-practice called "KochiKara Healing Arts" (KochiKara = Japanese for "From Here").  Malia Burkhart is a recent graduate of the 2-year Global Somatics TM Practitioner Training Program.  Global Somatics ProcessTM is based in Body-Mind Centering approach, developing a unique language through movement therapy and bodywork, to access a deeper level of relationship with one's own body.  From 2008 to 2012, Malia has studied Herbal Medicine formally through a 3-season Practitioner training by Lise Wolff, ongoing classes with Herbalists Matthew Wood and Cynthia Thomas, as well as through direct observation and in her Healing Arts Practice.  In her work, Malia combines Global Somatics ProcessTM and Herbal Medicine Consultations for a holistic and rounded healing experience. Through May 30, Malia will be offering a Spring Special!  $30 for the first 90 minute session. Schedule an appointment today! A limited number of sessions available.
